MELISSA DUVANE
Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, I first entered the Wireless Communication industry back in 2000. Moving to Sacramento, California a year later, I continued my interest in this growing field moving quickly from administration/office positions to fieldwork. Seeing the industry from different roles allowed me to gain great knowledge on what the consumer is looking for and gave me the idea of developing a company that provides just that.

SITE AUDITS
Every 2 to 3 years, most sites need a communications system audit. Did someone misplace or lose important documentation? With over 15 years of industry experience, Duvane Building Specialties Inc. is exactly the company you want on your side when you need a site audit. We can tell you exactly what you have on the ground, or on the tower.
We've done thousands of site audits across California and Nevada. Need us to be thorough? We can tell you everything, from the thickness of the tower steel and the schedule thickness of the pipes, down to the thickness of the last bolt. We help your engineers figure out what you have, and what you don't.
TYPE OF TOWERS
From water tanks, monopoles, and mono-pines, to guide towers, self-support towers, rooftops, and more, we have experience with virtually every type of tower. Even church steeples, indistinguishable fake (fiberglass) roofing, and hotel signs. Some places no one would know or guess, we've installed communications systems.
